When you’re starting to get stuck, get creative. Lachlan Morton’s Birks epitomize his maverick approach. When knee pain slowed Lachy down at the Alt Tour, he switched to flat pedals and sandals. When he started to suffer from blisters, he cut off the straps to get relief. And he kept going. Lachlan rode the whole route of the 2021 Tour de France, plus the transfers, on his own, sleeping under stars and carrying all his own stuff. The Alt Tour poster celebrates his feat.
